J & S Air's salesman and crew supervisor was extremely knowledgable and thorough in assessing the correct system capacity by conducting a heat load test and made necessary ductwork modifications to ensure balanced cooling throughout the house. The other 3 dealer estimates were based primarily upon square footage and insisted I purchase a 5-ton unit to ensure enough cooling. The salesman assured me his heat load calculation was correct and we went with J & S Air and the 4-ton matching system. The home has never felt this comfortable! I will use them to do routine maintenance and repair work!

The job was completed on time as promised. The workmen made sure that all areas were clean after work was completed. We particularly want to compliment your salesman for his efforts. There were two other bids for the same work priced lower, however, your salesman's product knowledge and detailed appraisal sold us on your company even when we had a much longer association with another company and even an annual maintenance contract in effect.
