That's why we offer our customers the Planned Service Agreement. This agreement is renewable each year, and it keeps your air conditioning and heating system operating at peak performance. It also prevents many unnecessary breakdowns. It's like having regular doctor visits, having your teeth cleaned twice a year, or having the oil changed in your car on a regular basis.
Most people don't give a second thought to their air conditioner once it's installed, but like many things in our lives, it needs regular maintenance in order to function properly.

PSA Benefits
- 2 scheduled visits
- PSA customers are "priority" customers
- Your name is put at the top of the list should you need service
- PSA customers receive a 10% discount on the total invoice
- The first pound of refrigerant is free, if needed
During The 2 Scheduled Maintenance Visits, The Following Will Be Checked
- Indoor and outdoor wiring
- Temperature split across coil verified
- Condensate drain will be cleaned (blown out)
- Visible ductwork is inspected
- Proper thermostat operation will be checked
- Heat strips inspected
- The filter will be checked. If the customer supplies the filter, we'll change it
- Clean outdoor coil, if needed
Labor Charges
- Standard labor rates apply during the week as well as the weekend if your system breaks down and your call is received before 5:00pm. After 5:00pm premium rates apply.
Equipment Owner's Responsibility
- Please inform J&S Air, Inc. that you are a PSA customer. Customers also need to provide service free access to equipment and controls.
Special Low Rate
- $169 For 1 system, for 1 year
- $89.00 for each additional system upon initial evaluation
